Duplication Is The Name Of The Game (Repost)


Today I will share to you one of my favorite Blogs ever. Isa ito siguro sa mga dahilan kung bakit nag fall in love ako sa blogging. This is about the importance of a DUPLICATABLE SYSTEM sa ating Network Marketing business. This blog is made by Eduard Reformina who is my blogging mentor. Here goes...


Duplication Is The Name Of The Game




Most networkers, even successful ones in MLM, dont have a system. it's because they build a network based upon their Sales talents, or 
because they give great meetings, or simply through the sheer strength of their personality
.

You need to realize na talent In Sales Is really NOT Duplicate-able. Magaling ka mang magpresent Or Magclose Ay Hindi Ka Kaagad Magagaya Or Maduduplicate ng Downline mo.

Alam naman natin na Duplication Is The name of the game. Kahit Isang katerba Pa Ang Downline mo Pag Hindi Ka Nila Kayang Maduplicate ay Wala rin. 


You Need a System to make the Duplication very fast.


 
Here's a Great example of How A System can benefit Your Business and your Team.

Merong tatlong magkaibigan... they saw a "Job Hiring" saying...


WANTED:  Jollibee Service Crew
NO Educational Requirement needed
Pls. come for an interview...

(Halimbawa lang to. For illustration purposes Only) 

To make the long story short, natanggap sa Jollibee ang tatlo.

I forgot to tell you that:


          Grade 2 lang ang natapos ni Pedro.
          3rd year high school naman si Juan.
          College graduate si Jose.

Sabi ng manager at supervisor nila: 
One week lang ang training para maging ganap na silang Jollibee crew...

Etong tanong? 


After 1 week, sino kaya sa tatlo ang magiging pinakamagaling sa training? 

(SANA MAHULAAN MO...)


The RIGHT answer: 
WALA. pantay lang lahat sila ng skills...

Eto ang natutunan nila sa training after 1 week. Ang kailangan lang pala nilang gawin eh FOLLOW or Obey "the System".

Uulitin ko, wala na silang ibang gagawin kundi ang sumunod lang sa "system" ng Jollibee. Yung "system" na tinutukoy ko eh nasa Jollibee
Franchiser's Manual book.

Anong example ng "system" na dapat lang nilang sundin?

1. Kapag may pumasok sa Jollibee store:

- Ngingiti sila sa customer and will simply say "Welcome to Jollibee!"





2. Kapag na-assign sila as "cashier" eh eto ang procedure na sasabihin:

- " Your order is one spaghetti.... and i received P500 pesos"
- " Your change is P132. enjoy your meal!"

3. Kapag magluluto daw ng french fries eh eto ang sabi ng "system":

- Get the french fries in the brown bag
- Ibuhos ang fries sa mantika
- Press the "button" at kapag tumunog na eh
iahon ang french fries sa pagkakaluto...
- Ilagay sa small or big french fries container
- Then serve it to customer....

You get the picture? kailangan lang pala ng "System"...

Eto ang  problema ng karamihan ng Networkers. 
They don't have a System to follow. Pagnaubos na ang Prospect list nila ay wala na silang alam na gawin kundi Mag Hakot lang ng Mag Hakot ng kung sino sino. Motivate ng Motivate then Hakot ulit.

Don't get this wrong, I love motivational trainings but even the most motivated person can fail in this business without proper Game plan or System that he can follow and teach to his downlines.

Thank God we got a System for Our Team that we can follow and teach to our new business partners. :-)
