How To Lock Obsolete Wonders Inside Your Civilization

Many ancient and medieval Great Wonders will become obsolete with the discovery of advanced technology. Once a Great Wonder has become obsolete, it is no longer possible to build a replacement.

15 Tips For Achieving Civworld Greatness

Today, the makers of CivWorld are giving us tips. We asked for them. We needed help. So, courtesy of the people at Civ studio Firaxis and their publisher at 2K Games, here's how to succeed in CivWorld.

Science And Research: Being A Scientist For Your Civ

Science is one of the five major resources in Civilization World. Science is generated by Scientists working in the City or can be purchased from the market. Over the course of the game, science is used to discover new technologies.

Pure Worker Build Strategy

There are exactly two ways to increase the amount of resources built by harvesting: increase population or increase citizen productivity. The first is straightforward, but the latter has several non-obvious principles.

List Of The 21 Civworld Eras

Here's a list of the 21 CivWorld Eras, it's bonuses/penalties, and the amount of Fame Points you'll get from winning the different eras. (Real values might differ with 1 or 2; this is based on a formula that somebody has guessed). Each Era is divided into two halves: an early and a late period.

How to Lock Obsolete Wonders Inside Your Civilization

Hello and Welcome again to CivWorld Philippines! Today we will be discussing about CivWorld's Great Wonders, specifically, locking Obsolete Wonders in your civilization, so other civilization cannot steal, upgrade, or replace those particular wonders. Some background information about Great Wonders first, from wiki.2kgames.com:

Wonders are monumental buildings and events in the history of the world and are constructed using Great People. They are the method of scorekeeping and winning Eras through culture. Players can access the Wonders screen via the main taskbar. In Civilization World, there are two different kinds of Wonders.
Great Wonders - Buildings and projects which provide powerful and persistent bonuses to all members of the Civilization where the Wonder is built.
Wonder Events - Special events which provide a one-time bonus to a Civilization. Wonder Events do not count when measuring for a Culture Era victory.
On the wonders screen, the three available Wonder Events will appear on the first line. Any available Great Wonders will be displayed below them.

You can win a Culture Victory for an era by constructing a number of Great Wonders. Early in the game, a Civilization can win with as few as three Great Wonders, with each era after that requiring more Great Wonders to win, up to a maximum of 21.
Building a Wonder
Wonders are built by combining different kinds Great People. If a player has a Great Person of the kind needed for the wonder, he or she may click on the empty slot in that Wonder to contribute their Great Person towards that Wonder. Once all of the Great Person slots are filled, the Wonder is immediately built in that Civilization.
Each player may contribute only one Great Person towards a Wonder. There are several exceptions: The Culture Minister of a Civilization has the power to contribute any number of people to a single Wonder, and members of a civilization with the United Nations Wonder or the Freedom of Speech civic can contribute any number of people to a single Wonder. Additionally, the King may contribute multiple people.
If there are no Great Wonders available to build, your Civ will have to research more technology to unlock them. For example - The Stonehenge Wonder becomes available after the Civ discovers the Literacy Technology.
Replacing Wonders
Each time a Great Wonder is built, another civilization may replace it by building a "better" version. Replacing a Great Wonder will cost at least one more Great Person than was required to build it originally, up to a maximum of six. Note that a civilization cannot replace their own Wonder with a better version.
Obsolete Wonders
Many ancient and medieval Great Wonders will become obsolete with the discovery of advanced technology. Once a Great Wonder has become obsolete, it is no longer possible to build a replacement. Instead, the civilization that held it at the time it became obsolete will continue to hold it until the end of the game -- the only way to gain control of obsolete Great Wonders is to conquer the civilizations that own them. Obsolete wonders still provide their bonus to their owner.
These are the list of technologies which make some Wonders obsolete. It is strongly advised that your civilization should get those Wonders before completing the technology or else, they can not be rebuilt anymore.

Kung hindi pa ay maaari mong basahin ang series ko about Target Market: the Cold, the Warm and the Red Hot Market.

Greatest Lie #2: "You do not need to sell, You just share our products to other people."

Salungat ito sa konsepto ng Network Marketing, which is "the movement of products without the use of middlemen".

At di natin sila masisisi. Napakahirap talaga magbenta.

Bakit? Aba ay simpleng common sense lang!

"If You Are In Network Marketing, You Are In Sales." - Ann Sieg

Madalas sinasabi sa atin na "Word of mouth" is the best advertisement at totoo iyon.

Conclusion - Kapag nasa Network Marketing ka, Mag-aral ka Magbenta!

The Pros and Cons of Working in a Call Center in the Philippines

My purpose of writing this article is for people who are planning to get into the Call Center Industry and as well for people who are currently in the Industry to mainly re-evaluate their career in this field.

Let us start with the Pros of working in a Call Center in the Philippines:

Working in a Call Center is considered as one of the most high-paying job in the Philippines.

University diploma is usually not required as long as you are 18 years old, you are knowledgeable in using the computer and most Microsoft office applications and you speak good English, you are eligible to apply.

The trainings are also free; you get to be compensated already while you are on training. There is also no age-limit.Even students can work in a Call Center since the Schedules are very flexible day and night, so they can work nights and study mornings or vice versa, being said that for everyone’s sake yes guys, there are also Day Shifts in Call centers, most clients are Australians and people from the UK.

Most Call Centers also provide their employees Health cards for them and their family. They also provide you with Term Life Insurance Plans and even Tuition Fee reimbursements. On most companies also upon regularization you get additional perks and privileges like Appraisals, Rice Subsidy and Gym discounts and a lot more.
Talking on a different page if you are single and ready to mingle, the Call Center industry also gets large pool of Good Looking men and women as most of them are yuppies and newly grads.

Gaining promotions in this industry is also easy; if you’re a team player, and you are knowledgeable enough to handle your tasks efficiently then you can get a promotion. What is also different is that in the Call Center Industry, you can get apromotion as early as 3 months, unlikely to that of the regular jobs.

And I guess the least that they realize is that they get to experience indirectly how it is to work overseas specifically in the united states, they also get the chance to jump into the western culture since most of the
clients/customer’s they are dealing with are westerns.

After the Pros, It’s time to talk about the Cons:

Since most of the clients of Call Center in the Philippines are Western Countries like The United States, Canada and the like, most of the Call Centers in the Philippines starts their operations during the night since
the Philippine time is directly opposite to the time in the United states and Canada and the like, so these means Night Shifts and Graveyard shifts for their employees. There is also no assurance of retaining a specific schedule throughout the year compared to normal day jobs, in a call center shifts are flexi meaning it can change on a weekly basis, monthly or quarterly too which also means that there are no guarantees that you will get a week-end rest.

You at times may also have to work on Philippine Holidays since you are following a different calendar, time and also you are supporting a different country with a whole different sets of their own holidays, so more likely that you will also follow their holidays instead, but take note that there are also 24/7 accounts so the operations is 24 hours a day and 7 days a week which means that at time you might also work even on your client’s holidays.

Health is one of the greatest risk in this industry if you do not know how to balance your work – home life, since you most likely work at night, you tend to sleep all day long when everyone else is up and you may also lose your Body Clock and may most likely be a result of non-regular meal times and eating habits, lastly Call Center agents accounts to at least 30-40% of tobacco use in the country.

Domestic issues and other sort of relationship issues from family and friends and everyone else may also account to this type of job since it is a bit challenging for you to cope up to everyone in your family and with your friends who are most likely working the normal day jobs. Turning to the other page, Call Center people party hard during the Morning and also gets that tendencies of being alcoholic because drinking in the
morning after shifts helps you sleep better in the morning when the sun is shining bright. Not to mention the risks of you getting hold-up, snatched and abused when traveling going to work on wee hours.

Lastly when your client or so called accounts in the CC you are into pulled out or closed down, you will have to either resign or wait in floating status for you to transferred into any other clients/accounts available.

Now that you are aware of the Pros and Cons of working in a call center in The Philippines, It is all up to you if you will live up to the challenge and get paid really BIG Time or stick with the regular low-paying Day Jobs.

Binary Compensation Plans to be BANNED Soon

An article from the DSAP or Direct Selling Association of the Philippines has caught my attention. It is an article about Binary Compensation Plans "being used (and abused)" by some MLM Companies here in the Philippines. The article has a very detailed information about Binary Plans including its definition, why it is attractive, as well as the limitations and problems encountered with this particular compensation plan. Is this the end of the famous MLM Binary Compensation Plans in the Philippines?

Here is a repost from the article (pictures has been added to ease your eyes from its text heaviness):

Since the entry of several multinational network or multilevel marketing companies in the Philippines starting the mid 1990s, many local companies have also taken advantage of the popularity of network marketing schemes by adopting it as their preferred distribution method of their products or services. Unfortunately, many have also abused the relative newness of the concept by introducing schemes that not only deviates from the original intent of network marketing, i.e. legal distribution of products and services that are priced fairly, but also dangerously borders on illegal pyramiding schemes. Already, government agencies have filed cases against highly publicized companies promoting internet-based services charging exhorbitant fees.
Among the newer network marketing compensation plans being used (and abused) nowadays is the binary plan. An ordinary housewife or employee would most likely encounter people selling them anything from gold coins, web-based products, prepaid cards, training services, and lately pre-need plans from companies using binary plans. There is no law that states that a binary compensation plan is illegal or is a pyramiding scheme, however, binary plans, being one of the 5 more popular types of network or multilevel marketing compensation plans, operate under the same laws that govern other multilevel marketing schemes, specifically the provision that disallow the practice of pyramiding schemes. Article 53 of R.A. 7394 of the Consumer Code of the Philippines state "Chain distribution plans or pyramid sales schemes shall not be employed in the sale of consumer products." Network / multilevel marketing companies, including those using binary plans, must therefore clearly distinguish themselves from those operating pyramiding schemes.
What is a Binary Plan?
A binary plan is a network or multilevel marketing compensation plan, which allows distributors to have only two direct or first-level distributors. Any additional distributors sponsored have a "spillover" effect, meaning; they are placed at levels below the sponsoring distributors' first-level.

Why is the Binary Plan Attractive?
There are 3 common reasons why the binary plans are quite attractive to both distributors and companies:
* The "spillover" concept attracts new distributors because technically, they can receive commissions by sponsoring only two distributors and let uplines (those who signed up earlier) do the "spillover" for them.
* Binary plans are quite simple to understand. This allows distributors to duplicate their effort easier, a necessary tool to succeed in network/multilevel marketing.
* Binary plan offers fast-paced growth opportunities, which attract the segment of our population who wish to "get-rich-quick".
It is said that there are only two types of motivation -- greed or service to humanity. Binary offers a potentially quick way to make money while providing a "service" that allows recruits to earn from the same method. Given the above, it is understandable that more and more companies have adopted the binary compensation method to attract new distributors.
What are Limitations of the Binary Plan?
The primary limitation of the binary plan is that distributors must "balance" sales from their two first-level legs to receive commissions. This typically means that the number of sales from the right first-level leg (example: 5 pre-need plans) must balance with that of the left first-level leg (example: 5 pre-need plans too). In some companies, exact balancing of the two first-level legs is not required but sales from one leg must not be greater than a specified percentage of the distributor's total sales, for instance, one leg must at least account for 1/3 of the total sales.
What is the Problem with Binary Plans?
Legitimate network/multilevel marketing companies have been grouped together with the bad eggs of the industry. The worst scenario in the late 1990s was the realization that China banned all direct selling or network marketing operations because of the presence of many unscrupulous individuals and companies that gypped consumers of their money into investing in pyramiding operations. Government of other countries have also been more vigilant in protecting consumer interest.
Since binary plans are quite new and do not have any precedent in the Philippines, a look at the abuses of binary plans in the United States reveals potential huge penalties not only to the companies operating binary schemes wrongly but also to the independent distributors promoting them, to wit (source: Spenser Reese, 1997):
1. On February 4, 1997 the Arizona Attorney General entered into a settlement agreement with Tele-Sales, Inc. wherein the company was required to pay a $25,000 settlement fee. More importantly, however, the Arizona Attorney General also sent letters to the company's top distributors in the state, accusing them of violating the state's pyramid law. The letters demanded that the distributors enter into a settlement agreement and that each individual distributor pay a $25,000.00 fine, otherwise, the Attorney General would sue them individually.
2. On February 28, 1997, the Alameda County Prosecutor and the California Attorney General entered the offices of Destiny Telecom and seized business records to be used in actions against the company. The same day, they filed a $20,000,000.00 civil suit against the company, alleging it was promoting an illegal pyramid. Two weeks after the suit was filed, Destiny settled the case for $1.6 million.
3. In 1996, Strategic Telecom Systems, Inc. was investigated by the states of Pennsylvania and Florida, which resulted in fines against the company, and the imposition of sales requirements, which required the company to dramatically change the way it conducted and promoted its business.
So why have government regulators in other countries been increasingly paying attention to companies utilizing binary plans than the more traditional compensation plans like stair step/breakaway plans adopted by the most members of the Direct Selling Association?
1. The stair step/breakaway plans popularized by Amway have been ruled legal in a landmark decision by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission in 1978.
2. The legal principles governing the network marketing industry have not been adhered to in many binary plans, leading to the belief that they are pyramiding schemes. These includes:
Emphasis on recruitment
Companies paying its distributors based on the recruitment of other distributors rather than for legitimate sales to end consumers are guilty of pyramiding. In this day and age, no company in their right mind would of course expose themselves to outright pyramiding. Most would sell some products or services to hide the scam but their products or services have no real world value and/or are overpriced such that only those interested to participate in the compensation will buy these products just to comply with their company's requirements.
A good test is to ask, "Is there a direct one-to-one correlation between recruiting and distributors' commissions?" If the answer is yes, it is a pyramiding case. An investigation of the many binary plans reveal that many companies classify the enrollment of a business centers as a sale, hence the problem.
Another good test is to ask is "If recruitment were to be stopped today, will distributors still make money?" if the answer is no, isn't the principal source of commissions coming from recruiting and not from retail sales? hence, a pyramiding.
A 3rd test is to ask is "Will people buy without joining the compensation plans?" If the answer is no, the products being sold have no real world value and/or is overpriced, hence, a pyramiding. If a product is priced so high that no reasonable person would buy it, it is obvious that the main motivation for distributors to buy the product is to join in the company's compensation plan, a pyramiding scam (profiting from recruiting) disguising as a legitimate network marketing operation.
Buying of multiple business centers
When a distributor enrolls, he is automatically assigned his first business center or a position within his own personal sales organization (PSO). To maximize earnings, the distributor are then strongly encouraged to purchase additional business centers and place as much as seven business centers at strategic locations within his PSO with each business center costing a few thousand pesos each for a total of a few hundred thousand pesos. Each of these business centers must independently meet their two recruits requirements with their corresponding purchase. However, the probability that a distributor will be able to use or resell these inventories is dubious.
Three important questions must be asked as far as purchasing multiple business centers are concerned:
1. Isn't the intent to sell "positions" more than to sell products to end consumers?
2. Isn't there existence of significant investment and inventory loading?
3. Isn't the focus to gain from recruiting rather than sale of products since upline distributors get commissions on the purchase of these business centers?
Unregistered Investment
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulates selling of investment instruments. The relatively big amount of investment required for buying multiple business centers may constitute selling an unregistered investment contract, a serious offense where both criminal and civil penalties can be imposed to the offender. Since binary plans are known for their "spillover" effect, the distributor-investor is led to anticipate profits primarily from the efforts of the others, constituting a passive investment.
The above are some of the more obvious violations of binary plans. Unfortunately, when pride and emotions get in the way, logic is seldom followed and the companies, as well as the plan originator, defend their defective binary plans instead of listening to potential remedies.
What are Remedies to Defective Binary Plans?
Binary plans can be designed to operate and be implemented legally as follows:
1. Balance must be done between recruiting and retail sales of products, as evidenced by a significant number of non-plan participants who purchase products without signing up as a distributor. This can be done by allowing distributors to qualify for commissions or subsequent commission phases after they have complied with personal retail volume.
2. Consumers must have a compelling reason to buy from a network marketing company. For example, given the wide availability of phone card retail store outlets nationwide, there is no compelling reason for a consumer to buy a phone card through a binary plan. The likelihood is to simply participate in a compensation plan.
3. Retail prices must be fair to encourage retail sales opportunities. Fair market value means price determined in an open market system where consumers are willing to buy a product at its quoted price even without participating in the compensation plan.
4. To avoid a direct one-on-one relationship between enrollment and commissions, payment of commissions must not be based on balancing the number of enrollments in each leg but in the sales volume in each of their legs.
5. Income must not be primarily dependent on the efforts of others. Companies must require personal involvement by distributors. This they show by training and motivating their downlines continuously, as well as do personal retail sales.
6. Never use the line "get 2 people and let the system work for you!"
7. Limit the number of business center a distributor can buy to 3 instead of 7, and
8. Initiate a buy-back of unwanted inventories program. This policy will at least discourage inventory loading which is disapproved by all members of the Direct Selling Association of the Philippines.
9. Buying of additional business centers must be based on qualification, not investment. This can be done via removing all mandatory purchase requirements from the multiple business center program of binary plans. Qualification can be awarded after a distributor has shown personal involvement in downline management. For example, attaining a specific group sales volume (not number of people) in a specific number of months.
Conclusion
Binary plans are not illegal per se. It becomes illegal if the design is abused to create wealth from recruiting. Government regulators will take an increasing role in reviewing binary plans. Based on U.S. experience, a negative publicity alone from a government investigation is enough to make distributors and prospects of a binary company nervous, seriously impairing its ability to be a continuing concern.
To existing binary companies violating certain practices, there is still time to correct these deficiencies before government regulators catch up and force these changes through regulatory actions.
To prospective binary companies, the "Law of Foolish Fellowship" must be avoided -- just because a competitor or many companies are joining the bandwagon does not mean you should jump into it quickly without reviewing the elements that make up a legitimate network/multilevel marketing operation.
A final warning -- Beware of too much emphasis on speed. It may eventually cost you more!

Greatest Lie #1: "Everyone is your Prospect"

"W. BUSH" - Withdraw, Benta, Utang, Sangla, Hiram

Tapos may mga US based MLM Companies pa, etc.

"MLM is perfect for EVERYONE, but not everyone is PERFECT for MLM."

15 Tips for Achieving CivWorld Greatness

Hello and Welcome again to CivWorld Philippines! The following first 10 tips is a repost from KOTAKU (a video games-focused blog) entitled: 10 Tips for Achieving CivWorld Greatness, From the People Behind the Game. The additional 5 were from IGN.com. Here it goes:
Today, the makers of CivWorld are giving us tips. (Thank you!) We asked for them. We needed help. So, courtesy of the people at Civ studio Firaxis and their publisher at 2K Games, here's how to succeed in CivWorld.

1. Have a Good City Layout
Make sure there is the shortest route possible from the citizen's house to the resource and then to the drop off location. This will ensure that the citizen is being the most efficient it can be. Another way to improve a citizen's efficiency is to make sure they are happy. You can do this by placing them next to neighbors of the same job, a forest, water or all three.
2. Guard Towers
Utilize guard towers to scope out the map to find better water, forest, stone, and Iron resource locations. Also upgrade for higher visibility and usability of the map.
3. Upgrade Whenever You Can
To make your citizens even more efficient, you can place down productivity buildings. For example, a granary will be a new drop off location for a farmer and the more you upgrade it, the larger it will get making your farmer even more efficient. The same goes for a scientist next to a library or university or a merchant next to a market or bank.

4. Get to Know Your Fellow Civ Mates
Use the chat room to speak directly to your civ to coordinate battles, technology research, Wonders building and any other strategies. Use the personal chat to work out treaties, agreements, and plan of attacks, with individuals in another civ.
5. Group Up on Technologies
Technologies are cooperatively discovered by a civ, from the pooled resources of all the members. The more members there are contributing their science to that tech, the faster they will collectively reach the goal and discover the technology. Coordinating a common research goal among your civ mates is the fastest way to discovery.
6. Become a Minister
There are six ministers that you can become -- defense minister, cultural minister, finance minister, political minister, interior minister, and science minister. When you become a minister, you have more responsibility and be able to help your civ. In order to become a minister, you have to be the first in your civ to accomplish a specific task and win medal that will promote you to a ministry. For example, if you are the first person to upgrade your library to ginormous size, you will get a construction medal which will promote you to the interior minister. As the interior minister, whenever you harvest, you'll also give 1 Harvest bonus to a member of your civ. If you become the finance minster, when you complete the caravan maze, you'll send your civ some gold depending on how much you win.
7. Collect Fame Points
As you collect achievements and medals, you will move up the ranks in your civ in hopes of becoming the king or queen. When a civ wins an era victory, Fame Points are distributed in descending order, so you want to be as high in the ranks as possible in order to get the most Fame Points. These points will then turn into gems so you can deck out your throne room and show off all of your achievements. The cool part about the throne room is what you place in the room is yours forever. So the more games you play, the more trophies you will win!

8. Get Hitched
You can marry other citizens in the game using the "Dowry" button. The word "Dowry" will show up at random on the World button. What it means is you have the opportunity for one of the citizens from your city to "marry" a citizen from another player's city. The resulting dowry will give you and the other player a onetime bonus in the associated resource with the chosen Citizen. Neither player loses their citizen -- dowries are purely a bonus.
9. Produce a Mighty Military
It is important to have either military units always on hand or a lot of production just in case a civilization decides to invade your civilization or vice versa. Having a lot of production versus gold helps in this situation because building a unit using production is almost always less expensive than buying it in the marketplace.
10. Stacking and Positioning Your Military
Stacking units or having a lot of the same unit also is important in a battle because it makes that particular slot on the battle field much stronger. During a battle, you should try to change the units' stance on every turn. Each unit can be changed to either "Fortify," "Heroic," "Normal," or "Retreat." While defending, you should change the units' stance to "Fortify" right before the turn is up to make sure your defense is at its highest. The same goes for "Heroic" when it is your turn to attack.
11. Diversify Your Plan of Victory
The difficulty of each Era victory increases as they are won throughout the game, which means the more times one type of victory condition is won, the harder it will be to win that condition again in subsequent Eras. For example: if a Civilization wins the Ancient Era with a Science Victory, the next Era could feature the same conditions for Culture, Economic, and Domination victories but have a harder Science condition. Then, if a Science Victory is won 'again', the Era after that could have an even harder Science condition. Therefore, the Civilization that diversifies and can switch its concentration Era to Era is often the strongest!

12. Take Advantage of the Different Eras
Most Eras have game-wide bonuses or penalties to the production of specific resources. The bonus/penalty for an Era applies to both halves of the Era -- Early and Late -- and until the Era is won, all players enjoy or suffer the Era's effects. An example of an Era bonus is during the Historic Era where everyone in the game gets a bonus of +25% to their Gold production. In order to take advantage of this bonus, increase the number of merchants producing Gold during this Era. Once the Era is over, change the citizens' job to take advantage of the next resource bonus.
13. Spy on Your Enemies
When plotting to invade another Civilization, you should take a look at their battlefield beforehand since the defending Civ gets the home court advantage. Spying on a Civ allows you to see the number of military units they currently posses and a battlefield summary which enables you to strategize offensive and defensive positions, field terrain, and number of battle slots. You can spy on the another Civ's military units and battlefield by clicking on the "World" button on your taskbar, then click "Details" on one of the Civs. Once you are looking at the details of that particular Civ, click on the "Military Units" banner at the top of the screen and their military units and battlefield summary will be listed.
14. Win an Auction or Contest
Contests or Auctions are displayed in the Market screen and are special opportunities for players to win unique bonuses and prizes. They are available at random intervals and do not run simultaneously. For Auctions, players use the Gold from their Treasury to try to outbid everyone in the game for a particular prize. An example of an Auction item is the Ark of the Covenant which promotes the winner to King or Queen of their Civ. A Contest is different in that you are not using Gold to win something, but rather by doing an in-game action exceptionally well. Also, the prize for winning a Contest is Fame Points. An example of a Contest is "Most Bonus Resources Grabbed" which is achieved by grabbing the most bonus resources in a certain period of time (bonus resources are the pop-up resources that you mouseover above houses). So, pay close attention to the different Auctions and Contests going on the Market screen.
15. Go into "Turbo Mode"
To quickly increase culture resources in the Great Art puzzle, you can activate the "Turbo Mode." There is a button on the bottom right of the Great Art puzzle screen that should say "x1" if you haven't activated "Turbo Mode." If you have a lot of swaps available, you can click this button so it turns on the "Turbo Mode". The button will display "x5" which means that for each successful swap you make, you use 5 swaps from your pool, but get five times as much culture. However, be careful when you're in this mode, as it will deduct five swaps for each incorrect swap made. So make sure you are confident in your swapping skills before activating "Turbo Mode."

How to be MAGNETIC in Your MLM Business

Hello and welcome again to PauloBaldemor.Com. Today we will be discussing about how to apply MAGNETIC SPONSORING to your MLM Network Marketing Business.

First let me ask you this: Do you really want to be MAGNETIC in your MLM Business???

Are you really ready and serious as to even burn your very own PROSPECT LIST? Don't worry, you WONT BE NEEDING THAT anymore. You won't also be needing to attend HYPED UP Company meetings and trainings as well.

You need to be REALLY REALLY SURE first, because you will be needing to RADICALLY change how you see and do your MLM business.

Doing Magnetic Sponsoring IS SO DIFFERENT than doing the traditional selling of your MLM business. By doing Magnetic Sponsoring, you will learn that the 3P's of your company: Company PROFILE, the PRODUCTS, and the Marketing PLAN, wouldn't really matter. Because to do MAGNETIC SPONSORING, you won't be PITCHING your MLM Opportunity anymore.

That is because when you do the traditional way of doing the business, you offer your opportunity to other people, just like Real Estate agents offer their business by giving out flyers. In Magnetic Sponsoring however, it is taught that:
“Who finds and contacts the other person first is very important. In Option 1, you were chasing the prospect. In Option 2, the prospect was chasing you, which means you are perceived as the expert, and hold all of the power and value in that situation.”  - Mike Dillard

This is the very reason WHY 97% of Network Marketers FAIL. They CHASE prospects. They are behaving like low class peddlers and used car salesmen.

So STOP trying to SELL them your MLM business opportunity on the first meeting. Stop PROJECTING a Salesman's Image as your first impression. Be a PROFESSIONAL NETWORKER Instead, by SELLING YOURSELF FIRST, and the VALUE (knowledge and experience) that YOU CAN OFFER THEM.

To do this, the average Juan Dela Cruz should stop seeing MLM as a get rich quick, quick fix solution to his financial problems. A Network Marketing or MLM Company should be seen as what it really is: A FINANCIAL ASSET, just like stocks, CD or mutual fund that grows exponentially and pays out over time.

With that, obviously a PROFESSIONAL Pinoy Networker would be needing a primary fuel for his MLM business, and that is where a regular daytime JOB or a traditional business would come into play. This would be a Professional Networkers' first source of income.

The second source of income for a Professioanl Networker would be his company's products. Meaning, every networker should know how to sell their products. Actually we as network marketer must do more of selling our products than selling our company. Yes it pays more to have new distributors, but it is easier to sponsor a product user.

IN ORDER TO ATTRACT PEOPLE TO YOU, YOU MUST FIRST BECOME AN ATTRACTIVE PERSON.

Selling people the "HOW" will always be more effective than selling them the "WHO, WHAT, WHEN and WHERE" of the business.

People will join YOU because:
  1. They see you as a leader/expert, and
  2. Because you have a system in place that they feel they can be successful with - the HOW TO's of your business.
So, To apply the MAGNETIC SPONSORING technique is to Position yourself as an ALPHA leader and an EXPERT. You must TEACH, EDUCATE, and generously GIVE out truly useful information on how to be a successful home business owner.

Now here's the great part. It doesn't take a lot to increase your value in the eyes of a prospect because most don't have a clue when it comes to building a home business.

All you need to do is know just a little bit MORE THAN THEY DO, and you're INSTANTLY IN A POSITION OF POWER AND VALUE.

Your education should NEVER stop. Increasing your value to the world never stops. You want to make 7 figures in the next 3 years? Go and spend 10,000 to 30,000 on courses and consulting as quickly as you can during that time period.

All of the answers you need to meet any challenge are out there waiting for you. Be smart to invest in yourself, to increase your value to the world, BECAUSE THE MORE VALUABLE YOU BECOME TO OTHERS, THE MORE YOU WILL BE PURSUED.

Spend every dime on information, courses, and books. Go out and learn marketing skills that others are unwilling to learn. Buy every single book you can get your hands on. This will automatically increase your value to others tremendously. Because again, in order to become "magnetic", you must increase your value to others through education and experience.

Believing and knowing that you hold true value to other people, gives you the confidence and abundance mentality you need in order to be Alpha.
